RED CHILE RUB
This tangy rub is a combination of sugar, sea salt, garlic, onion and New Mexico red chile. Use as a rub for meat, fish and poultry or to create glazed pecans for a salad or snack. Combine ½ cup water with ½ honey. Dip pecans in water and honey mix. Then coat with Red Chile Rub. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown.
